Adult Enrichment This Sunday we continue the videos and discussion led by Jamie.

Missions We will be providing Sunday dinner for the Boston Rescue Mission during Labor Day weekend! If you’re interested in going, please contact Mike Linehan. We might do something for BRM the next weekend as well.

Church Business Annual Reports are due now.
|
Preschool The school year is over. Registration is now open for the 2009-2010 school year.
|
|
Choir - will have its first fall meeting Wednesday, September 24th. Then we will discuss times of future rehearsals.
|
Tiny Tots - will re-start Wednesday, September 10th.
|
|
Family Events No Saturday family events are currently being planned.
|
Vacation Bible School went very well. We had a full house of kids. There were no injuries or problems. Pastor Kevin presented the gospel on Friday night. The children were eager to hear the Bible stories and the gospel. To see pictures of VBS, click here.

Junior Church / Discovery Club
|
Women - will meet again in the fall.
|
|
Life Groups - The Monday night Panera discussion group will continue to meet. The Pastor’s Bible study will re-start on Tuesday, Sept. 16th (still studying Acts). The Bailey Bible study will re-start on Thursday, Sept. 25th.
|
Worship Service - One of our elders, George Guyon, will preach this Sunday; then Larry Johnson will be preaching for the next two Sundays.

Men The first men’s meeting of the fall will be on September 26th.
|
Youth Group - Alvin and Nick do not know when the youth group will start its fall schedule.
|
|
All-Church Events
- Pastor Kevin will be on sabbatical this summer, June 16 through September 13, with the exception of VBS week.
|
|
People
- Rachel just defended her dissertation. Her committee only asked for a few minor changes; she can probably finish making them by the end of August. Congratulations, Rachel!
- Bryan and Mandy are moving to the west coast to be nearer to Mandy’s family. Make sure you take the opportunity to say goodbye.
